Your Role

  • Resolve issues effectively on first contact
  • Maintain service quality standards across all communications
  • Complete outbound tasks and system monitoring
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve player experiences
  • Stay updated on sports betting markets and industry trends

What We Need From You

  • BCom degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of sports/sports betting
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Tech proficiency (MS Office, internet applications)
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Reliable transportation
