Your Role

As a Credit Controller, you’ll engage customers with overdue accounts to negotiate sustainable payment plans. Your focus will be building trust, resolving queries, and balancing customer needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed collection targets through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
  • Resolve disputes professionally and promptly to ensure timely payments.
  • Adhere strictly to legal, ethical, and company compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate

  • 12+ months’ experience in collections, sales, or customer service.
  • Matric certificate (or equivalent) with a clear credit and criminal record.
  • Strong communicator with problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer systems.
  • Team player with a positive, results-driven attitude.

Working Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 7:00–20:30 (max 9 hours/day).
  • Saturdays: 8:00–14:00 (up to 2 Saturdays/month, 6 hours/day).
  • Total weekly hours: 45 (including Saturdays when scheduled).
