Position Overview:
Join our team as a Cashier and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Operations:
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain cash registers and uphold financial security standards
- Assist with food/beverage operations and basic food prep
- Manage resale item restocking and inventory counts
Compliance & Administration:
- Follow legal requirements and audit guidelines
- Complete timely reporting and maintain accurate records
- Prepare operational materials (tills, stationery, POS setup)
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Basic computer skills and stock management experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience with cash handling/POS systems (Barista skills a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
