About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cashier to manage POS transactions, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver excellent customer service. Your role will directly contribute to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Manage cash floats, petty cash, and daily cash-ups with zero discrepancies.
• Maintain sufficient change and follow cash-safe protocols.
• File documentation neatly and comply with administrative processes.
• Guide customers efficiently and uphold the company’s dress code.
• Follow safety guidelines and report risks promptly.
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate when needed.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
