About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Manage cash handling including floats, petty cash, and daily deposits
• Maintain proper change levels and complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation
• Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers
• Follow safety protocols and report any concerns
• Keep transaction records organized and up-to-date
• Adhere to company dress code and operational standards

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification or 1+ year relevant experience
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate in English and local language
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience handling cash transactions preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
