About the Role:

Join our team as a Cashier and play a vital role in delivering seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll ensure accurate handling of sales, maintain cash integrity, and contribute to smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Point of Sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Manage cash handling, including floats, petty cash, and daily cash-ups, ensuring zero discrepancies.
• Verify stock is correctly scanned and paid for before leaving the store.
• Maintain sufficient change and follow safe cash management practices.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing documentation and processing store-related transactions.
• Deliver friendly, fast service and guide customers to the right support when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols (OHSA) and report risks promptly.
• Follow company standards for dress code and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and the local language of the store area.
• Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
