Position: Cashbook Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of bank transactions and monthly reconciliations
  • Weekly payment processing and cash flow management
  • Preparation of BOP forms for international transactions
  • Bank account analysis and fund optimization
  • Journal entry management for cashbook accounts
  • Bank relationship management (user access, limits, mandates)
  • Stakeholder collaboration and SAP Business 1 system updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Honours preferred)
  • 6+ months experience in graduate program or similar role
  • Valid passport for potential travel
  • Proficiency in financial software and attention to detail

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
