The Opportunity
As a Candidate Process Engineer, you’ll bridge academic knowledge and professional practice while contributing to water and wastewater treatment projects. This role offers hands-on experience in design development, process optimization, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Assist in creating process diagrams (PFDs/P&IDs), equipment specifications, and safety studies (HAZOP/risk assessments)
- Technical Analysis: Perform process calculations, mass/energy balances, and quality checks for BIM/CAD outputs
- Project Execution: Support feasibility studies, design reviews, and troubleshooting under engineer supervision
- Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- BEng/BSc in Chemical or Process Engineering
- 2-3 years’ experience in water/wastewater, petrochemical, or industrial sectors
- ECSA Candidate Engineer registration
