Purpose of the Role

Deliver fast, efficient, and consistent customer service while resolving inquiries and building positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a customer advocate across the business
• Handle policy-related inquiries and general client questions
• Resolve complaints and update client records
• Use tele-sales experience to support inbound/outbound calls
• Apply product knowledge to assist customers effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of call center experience (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with computers and call center systems
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts
• Resilient team player with a customer-first mindset
