Your Role
Ensure accurate and safe loading of flour shipments to bakery customers from our mill facility:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bulk loading systems for tanker trucks
- Verify orders, document quantities (>100 million kilos/year handled)
- Conduct quality checks and collect samples
- Maintain strict food safety/hygiene standards
- Perform equipment maintenance and facility cleaning
- Coordinate with production teams on scheduling
Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF 4 certification (RPL considered)
- 6+ months experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Forklift certification (advantageous)
- Working at Heights training (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
