Role: Barman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and specialty coffee) efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage bar stock, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Barman.
• Proficiency in cocktail preparation and specialty drinks.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively.
• Familiarity with HMS systems (Protel experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ethic.
• High attention to detail and professional presentation.
