• Escalate complex queries to managers promptly
• Assist clients with onboarding to AVBOB Member Rewards
• Build client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records
• Identify service improvements through feedback
• Stay updated on client service trends

Requirements:

Qualifications (Any of these):

• Financial Degree
• Accounting/Economics Degree
• BSc Information Systems
• Marketing Management Degree
• Business Administration Degree

Preferred Skills:

• Data analytics
• Customer service experience (advantageous)
• Sales experience (beneficial)
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong written/verbal communication
