Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional client service at branch level
- Handle customer inquiries and document outcomes
- Escalate complex queries to supervisors
- Provide product technical assistance
- Maintain client records and identify service trends
Requirements
Qualifications (Any):
- Financial/Accounting/Economics Degree
- BSc Information Systems
- Marketing Management Degree
- Business Administration Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Data analysis capabilities
- Customer service experience (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
