About the Role:
Deliver customer-focused services for revenue management and credit processes in a designated area. Manage debt collection, support financial operations, and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Finance/Commerce/Accounting (NQF6 with 240 credits)
- 2 years’ experience in finance or customer service

- Technical: Financial processes, billing systems, meter management
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, team collaboration
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage debt collection and revenue processes
- Maintain accurate customer records

- Oversee prepaid/vending systems and meter operations
- Process new connections and service quotations
