Position Overview
We seek an organized Administrator to manage financial systems and support daily operations for our catering division. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Catering Manager with monthly client accounts and financial reporting
  • Monitor stock levels, investigate variances, and conduct monthly audits
  • Prepare weekly profit/loss statements and monthly trading analyses
  • Reconcile cash transactions and POS system data
  • Manage debtor accounts and payment processing
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Assist with event operations when required

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication across all organizational levels
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Team collaboration mindset

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping/Finance certificate or equivalent qualification
  • 2+ years administrative experience (catering/hospitality preferred)
  • Understanding of stock control systems
  • Food service background required
