Customer Support Specialist
Position Overview
Join our IT & Internet team in Randburg as a full-time Customer Support Specialist. We offer market-related compensation for professionals passionate about delivering exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based support for consumer and corporate clients
- Troubleshoot Tracker products (TomTom, Empower, Skygistics, Skytrax)
- Maintain accurate customer/vehicle records in our systems
- Collaborate with installation teams and service departments
- Process service requests and monitor resolution progress
- Address customer concerns via phone and email
- Generate reports and manage system access requests
- Follow established call center schedules and protocols
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- 1+ years call center experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of telematics and telecommunications (GSM & satellite)
- Familiarity with Tracker systems: TMS, CDS, Skytrax platforms
