Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview

Join our IT & Internet team in Randburg as a full-time Customer Support Specialist. We offer market-related compensation for professionals passionate about delivering exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone-based support for consumer and corporate clients
  • Troubleshoot Tracker products (TomTom, Empower, Skygistics, Skytrax)
  • Maintain accurate customer/vehicle records in our systems
  • Collaborate with installation teams and service departments
  • Process service requests and monitor resolution progress
  • Address customer concerns via phone and email
  • Generate reports and manage system access requests
  • Follow established call center schedules and protocols

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 1+ years call center experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of telematics and telecommunications (GSM & satellite)
  • Familiarity with Tracker systems: TMS, CDS, Skytrax platforms
