Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Apply knowledge of Customer Protection Act (CPA) guidelines
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and retail best practices

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (essential)
  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service/resolution roles
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with retail operations (preferred)
