About the Role:
We’re seeking friendly Lobby Hosts to create welcoming experiences at our busy restaurant. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivery partners, and staff – ensuring smooth operations and excellent service from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage customer flow
- Assist with kiosk orders and digital systems
- Identify and resolve front-of-house bottlenecks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Suggest menu items and promote special offers
- Monitor dining areas for customer needs
- Collaborate with team members and management
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- 6-12 months KFC experience
- Customer service training preferred
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using digital systems
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong multitasking skills
