  • Identify and report recurring customer trends
  • Manage workload priorities effectively

Requirements

  • High school diploma (matric certificate)
  • Prior customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency with customer service platforms (Zendesk/Freshdesk)
  • Strong computer literacy and quick adaptability to new software
  • Problem-solving mindset with stress resilience
  • Detail-oriented approach with team collaboration skills
