What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Maintain recruitment systems and databases
- Assist with vendor management and payment processing
- Provide first-line support for e-Recruitment platform users
What We Need
- Completed HR degree/diploma (or related field)
- KwaZulu-Natal residency (essential)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail
