About the Role

Join our Sales and Distribution team to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry. You’ll support key initiatives while developing skills in sales operations, data analysis, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer System Support:

  • Help implement and manage customer pipeline tools
  • Ensure proper use of sales tools by teams
  • Analyze data and create reports to guide business decisions
  • Maintain CRM systems to support sales activities

Broker Engagement:

  • Assist in planning client events and meetings
  • Document meeting outcomes and update customer records

Team Coordination:

  • Support daily operations and special projects
  • Help organize department workflows

Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly performance dashboards
  • Track sales metrics against targets

We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Curious learner eager to contribute
