Your Role: Store Athlete (Sales Associate)

Deliver exceptional service while helping customers discover products that fuel their athletic journey. Become an ambassador for the NIKE experience through genuine connections and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service using product knowledge and sales skills
• Share NIKE’s story through authentic customer interactions
• Support store operations: cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Train new team members and share product insights
• Maintain store security through attentive customer service

We’re Looking For

• 1+ years retail/customer service experience (preferred)
• Genuine enthusiasm for NIKE’s mission and products
• Strong communication skills in English [or local language]
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Basic math skills for transactions
