Fuel Pump Attendant
About the Role:
Join our transport team as a Fuel Pump Attendant, responsible for efficient refueling of trucks to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining strict safety and record-keeping standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refuel trucks accurately and safely
- Maintain fuel usage records and manage diesel inventory
- Operate bowser systems and fuel pumps
- Complete daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry)
- Attend safety meetings and communicate with drivers
- Maintain clean workspaces and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Experience with diesel pumping systems preferred
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in team environments
- Strong focus on safety and procedures
Work Environment:
- Factory setting with exposure to noise, heat, and flour dust
- Flexibility for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
