Customer Service Officer

Purpose:
Deliver exceptional end-to-end service to SACAA clients while enhancing customer satisfaction and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Manage walk-in, contact center, and written customer interactions
  • Resolve queries using SACAA policies and CRM systems
  • Monitor and close customer cases within service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
  • Maintain professional client communication across all channels

Administration:

  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Manage departmental correspondence and filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain records
  • Track and resolve customer inquiries systematically

Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to service quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with SLAs

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum: Grade 12 + National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

Experience:
1+ years in customer service or call center environment
