Job Summary:
Join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant to provide efficient administrative services and ensure smooth department operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned, meeting quality standards
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
- Update and manage database systems with current information
- Organize physical/digital documents through filing and scanning
- Address internal/external queries and track resolutions
Governance & Compliance:
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards
- Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives
- Promote organizational values and culture
- Facilitate change management processes
Requirements:
Education:
- Matric certificate required
- 3-year Diploma/Degree in Communications (advantageous)
Experience:
- 1 year administrative experience (preferred)
Essential Criteria:
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–30 years
- Currently unemployed
- Proficient in MS Office
