Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned, meeting quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
  • Update and manage database systems with current information
  • Organize physical/digital documents through filing and scanning
  • Address internal/external queries and track resolutions

  • Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards
  • Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives

  • Facilitate change management processes

Requirements:

Education:

  • Matric certificate required
  • 3-year Diploma/Degree in Communications (advantageous)

Experience:

  • 1 year administrative experience (preferred)

Essential Criteria:

  • South African citizen
  • Aged 18–30 years
  • Currently unemployed
  • Proficient in MS Office
