About the Role:
Join our team at Pronto Plant to support concrete production through lab testing and plant operations. This permanent role involves physical work in an outdoor environment and requires flexibility for overtime.
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- 6+ months practical experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing)
- Comfort working in dusty outdoor conditions
- Good eyesight and attention to detail
- Basic record-keeping skills
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete quality tests (moisture, slump, cube strength)
- Prepare and label material samples
- Maintain lab equipment and workspace
- Document test results accurately
- Report issues to Quality Controllers
- Follow safety and storage protocols
