What We Require
- Matric certificate
- 1+ year gardening experience in hospitality
- Plant care expertise & soil management skills
- Physical fitness for outdoor work
- Proficiency with gardening tools
- Knowledge of pest control and irrigation systems
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Maintenance
- Mow lawns and trim hedges
- Prune trees/shrubs and weed flower beds
- Maintain clean walkways and outdoor areas
Plant Care
- Prepare soil and plant seasonal flowers
- Monitor plant health and apply fertilizers
- Implement pest/disease control measures
Site Presentation
- Create attractive floral displays
- Maintain garden borders and edges
- Support special event preparations
