About the Role
Join Eskom’s Limlanga Cluster team as a Customer Service Agent in Polokwane. Deliver exceptional service through multiple channels while supporting retail operations and energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls, emails, and digital interactions
- Process payments and resolve billing queries
- Support prepaid meter systems and vending operations
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports
- Assist with marketing initiatives and customer outreach
Requirements
Education:
National Diploma/N6 (NQF 6) in Business, Commerce, or Social Sciences
Experience:
2+ years in customer service or client relations
Key Skills
- Strong communication abilities (phone & digital)
- Computer literacy and system navigation
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of energy tariffs and payment systems
