About the Role
As a Managed Services Engineer Graduate at Mimecast, you’ll deliver exceptional post-sales support for our global customers. You’ll specialize in optimizing our cybersecurity and email management solutions while working in shifts to support clients across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation for Mimecast products
- Monitor and analyze customer email security environments (DMARC/AT)
- Build long-term client relationships through clear communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
- Support product implementations including DMARC Analyzer and Security Awareness Training
- Work rotating shifts between 8:30 AM – 10:30 PM SAST
- Assist with office IT operations and staff onboarding/offboarding
Requirements
- IT Degree/Diploma (recent graduates welcome)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, email protocols, firewalls
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bonus: Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC email authentication
- Bonus: Cybersecurity experience
