Graduate Trainee Opportunity – Managed Fleets Department
Position Overview:
Join our structured training program to gain hands-on experience in fleet planning and administration. Develop skills in documentation, operations support, and logistics coordination while contributing to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
- Support fleet planning and daily reporting tasks
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding and compliance checks
- Perform data audits and generate operational reports
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
Desired Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic computer skills (Office 365, data entry systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Fluency in English (written/spoken)
- Bonus: Swahili language skills or prior logistics exposure
