Job Overview
We seek an organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and operations for our food service team. This role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ordering of food, beverages, and resale items
- Receive and store inventory according to company procedures
- Conduct weekly stock counts and daily cost calculations
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and rotation
- Process supplier invoices using My Market system
- Control waste management and monitor product quality
- Ensure compliance with health/safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for daily stock needs
- Handle client/customer inquiries and feedback
Required Skills
- Effective communication (verbal/written)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong numerical ability for stock costing
Preferred Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- 2+ years inventory/stores experience
- Food service background (advantageous)
- My Market system familiarity

This role may require occasional travel to other units and performing additional duties as needed.
