About the Role
Join Unilever as a Production Engineering Intern and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing excellence. You’ll support operational efficiency, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives while contributing to a globally recognized organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all internship requirements, including training, assessments, projects, and logbooks.
- Use Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) tools to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Analyze data to address safety, quality, cost, and efficiency challenges.
- Support deployment of digital technologies and standardization across manufacturing sites.
- Lead efficiency improvement projects aligned with site priorities.
- Assist in rolling out UMS and Ready-to-Sell (R2S) programs.
- Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an agile, problem-solving mindset.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data.
