About the Role
Join UD Trucks Midrand as a Service Advisor and become the vital link between our customers and technical team. Deliver exceptional service by managing repair estimates, maintenance schedules, and customer communications while ensuring efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs
- Prepare repair estimates and explain service details clearly
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and shuttle services
- Maintain accurate records (job cards, invoices, warranty claims)
- Update customer databases and handle CRM complaints
- Collaborate with technicians to meet service timelines
- Stay updated on product knowledge through OEM training
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy (MS Office, dealership systems)
- Basic math skills for cost calculations
- Experience in automotive industry (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Isuzu vehicles (preferred)
