About the Role:
Join our team as a Production Operator to ensure efficient daily operations in our fast-paced FMCG environment. Your primary focus will be meeting production targets while maintaining strict quality standards and product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Execute daily production plans efficiently and safely
- • Maintain strict quality control of all products
- • Operate and maintain production equipment including scales
- • Keep workspaces clean and organized at all times
- • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- • Perform inventory management including stock picking and crate stacking
- • Complete accurate production records and documentation
Requirements:
- • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- • 1-2 years experience in FMCG production
- • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- • Strong attention to detail for quality checks
- • Ability to work in warm, noisy environments with maize dust
Work Conditions:
- • Factory environment (heat, noise, dust)
- • Overtime required including weekends/holidays
