About the Programme:
This 12-month learnership equips young talent with hands-on experience and a NQF Level 4 Wealth Management qualification, accredited and recognized by the FSP. Successful candidates will explore career opportunities in financial advising, underwriting, insurance broking, and more.
What You’ll Gain:
- Guided mentorship and structured classroom/workplace training.
- Exposure to financial products, ethics, and industry legislation.
- Participation in community-focused CSI projects.
- Practical logbook completion to track your growth.
Requirements:
- South African citizen aged 18–28.
- Unemployed and NOT enrolled in other studies.
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate with ≥50% in English, a second language, and Maths/Maths Literacy.
- No prior completion of a Wealth Management NQF4 learnership.
- Available to start in May 2025.
