Production Line Operator
About the Role
Join our team as a Production Line Operator to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous manufacturing operations. Your role will directly contribute to maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to meet daily targets
- Strictly follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in work areas
- Participate in team meetings and daily operational processes
- Report equipment issues and suggest process improvements

Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing/production
Work Environment
- Factory setting (heat, noise, flour dust exposure)
- Shift work including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- 6-day work week with overtime requirements
