Role Overview
Support our healthcare teams by safely transporting patients, equipment, and documents across hospital departments while upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely escort patients between departments
- Assist with emergency evacuations
- Perform driving duties as needed (with valid PDP)
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks and equipment transfers
Requirements
- Essential Education: Grade 10 certificate
- Preferred Experience:
- Essential: Customer service experience
- Desirable: Healthcare environment exposure
Key Skills
- Valid driver’s license with PDP certification
- Patient care ethics and rights knowledge
- Safe lifting/handling techniques
- Emergency protocols understanding
- Basic computer literacy
- Effective communication in English
