Job Purpose:

Manage maintenance store operations efficiently while delivering excellent customer service at the issue/receiving counter. Ensure accurate stock control, safety compliance, and teamwork within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process SSR forms and invoices daily, verifying authorized signatures.
• Conduct stock checks, binning, and quarterly stock counts.
• Assist with loading/unloading stock and non-stock items.
• Resolve stock discrepancies via daily system vs. physical reconciliations.
• Prepare GRA documentation for returns/repairs.
• Maintain SHEQ standards and store cleanliness.
• Update data systems regularly for accurate reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with strong numeracy skills.
• 2+ years’ experience in FMCG store management.
• Basic technical knowledge (N1-N3 advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license & PDP (preferred).
