We are seeking a reliable and dedicated General Worker – Cleaner to join our team. This role ensures a clean, safe, and tidy environment across our premises, including outdoor walkways, offices, and communal areas. Requirements:
– Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4 certification.
– Medically fit with physical stamina (walking, bending, lifting).
– Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
– Own reliable transport for commuting.
– Clean criminal record.
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
– Empty trash bins and service restrooms.
– Maintain outdoor areas by removing debris.
– Report repair needs to management promptly.
– Assist office staff with tea service as needed.
– Ensure overall cleanliness of premises and equipment.
– Follow health, safety, and housekeeping protocols.
