About the Opportunity:
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites motivated young individuals to join our 12-month Sales Learnership programme. This entry-level opportunity focuses on developing skills in customer management, sales operations, and merchandising while earning a National Certificate: Marketing (NQF Level 4). Successful candidates will work under the guidance of a Sales Team Leader.

Who We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
– South African citizen (EE candidates preferred)
– Aged 18-35, currently unemployed
– Grade 12 certificate with 40%+ in Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy
– 40%+ in two South African language subjects
– Commitment to complete 12-month programme
Advantageous Skills:
– Diploma/Degree in related field
– Valid driver’s license
– Prior learnership experience (Note: Applicants must NOT have previously completed this specific qualification through another organization)
