Job Purpose:
Support store management in daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide outstanding customer service aligned with adidas standards
– Process sales transactions (cash, credit, etc.) as required
– Assist with inventory management and stockroom-to-floor replenishment
– Help create attractive product displays per company guidelines
– Maintain accurate POS system operations and transaction integrity
– Use upselling techniques to achieve sales targets
– Greet customers and offer styling assistance
– Ensure store cleanliness and asset protection
