The Opportunity:
Drive the success of our Global Graduate Programme by attracting emerging talent, shaping career development paths, and supporting our next generation of industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and program development for global graduate initiatives
- Build partnerships with universities and manage campus engagement
- Design networking events and diversity-focused talent strategies
- Coordinate graduate development plans and performance reviews
- Support managers in goal-setting and graduate transitions
- Continuously improve program structure and global implementation
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Education, Social Sciences, or related field
- Experience working with graduates/university students
- Knowledge of youth development strategies
- Passion for mentoring early-career professionals
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events
