Trolley Maintenance Assistant

About the Role:
Join our team as a Trolley Maintenance Assistant, reporting to the Trolley Charge Hand. Play a key role in maintaining efficient airport operations through equipment management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily deployment and tracking of trolley equipment across airport facilities.
Identify and report faulty equipment to maintenance teams.
Monitor trolley inventory levels and perform regular stock counts.
Implement risk control measures to protect company assets and ensure safety compliance.
Prepare operational reports and resolve logistical challenges proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service demands.
Assist passengers with trolley access and Address service-related queries.
Technical Skills & Experience:
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required
Valid Code 8 driver’s license preferred
1-3 years’ experience in logistics or operations (service industry advantage)
