The Opportunity
Join our 42-month learnership program to qualify as an Instrument Technician. Gain hands-on experience and earn an MQA-accredited Instrument Mechanician trade test certificate. Learn to maintain plant systems, troubleshoot instrumentation, and optimize process control solutions.
What We Require
- N6/S4 qualification or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) with Instrumentation/Process Control specialization
- Understanding of process control systems and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and computer skills
- Medical fitness for refinery work
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and network configuration
- Support plant availability through instrumentation maintenance
- Collaborate with operations teams to meet production targets
