About the Role
We seek a proactive Procurement Specialist to support our supply chain operations and drive cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process RFQs, Capex proposals, engineering change requests, and supplier concessions
• Build and maintain positive supplier relationships while developing market knowledge
• Conduct price negotiations to meet cost-saving targets for production/non-production materials
• Prepare cost analyses and procurement documentation
• Perform supplier risk assessments and due diligence checks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures
What We Require:
Essential Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• Valid driver’s license with practical driving experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of manufacturing supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated reliability and high ethical standards
