About the Role:
Are you eager to kickstart your career in sales? Join our Johannesburg team as a Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll engage with customers, develop essential sales skills, and play a key role in driving business growth. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Johannesburg office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, delivering professional and informative interactions.
- Identify customer needs and match them with Sage’s products to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage inbound leads from multiple sources and qualify them for the Sales team.
- Ensure accurate lead allocation to Sales Representatives using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Maintain excellent conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and build strong working relationships.
