Ready to join a dynamic team? M-KOPA is looking for a proactive Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations and grow with our innovative company. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics and customer-focused problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and configure 300+ PAYGO phones daily using approved guidelines.
- Manage inventory records, track stock levels, and monitor sales data accurately.
- Provide basic customer support to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor customer devices via company systems and propose process improvements.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
- Submit daily activity reports and safeguard company assets.
Note: This role is part of the M-KOPA Project. All HR processes (recruitment, payroll, etc.) are managed by Spec Pack, not M-KOPA directly.
