About the Role: Production Learner
Under guidance from experienced team members, you’ll perform essential tasks to support daily production operations while completing a learnership program. Your work will ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support:
- Operate machinery (blenders, packaging systems, reactors, etc.) following safety protocols.
- Prepare materials, monitor processes, and maintain accurate production records.
- Conduct basic quality checks and report deviations.
- Follow GMP, OSHA, and FDA guidelines to maintain clean workspaces and safe practices.
Team Collaboration:
- Assist senior staff in troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and participate in Lean initiatives.
- Attend training sessions to complete your learnership successfully.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric certificate with Maths and Science.
- Physical ability to lift 25kg; forklift experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow precise instructions.
