About the Role

Support quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company standards and consumer expectations. Drive a zero-defect culture while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Operations

• Identify and troubleshoot product quality issues on production lines
• Manage retention samples and storage area maintenance (5S system)
• Conduct product evaluations and taste panels (non-smokers only)
• Investigate customer complaints and prepare detailed reports
• Analyze quality data trends using SAP and EOLAS systems

Administration & Collaboration

• Maintain quality documentation and records
• Coordinate with production teams on quality improvements
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using kaizen methodology
• Prepare weekly quality performance reports

Requirements

• Matric with Maths & Physical Science
• Final-year student completing Diploma in Analytical Chemistry/Biotechnology (S4)
• 1-3 years’ FMCG experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and OHS regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
