Join Our Cinema Team – Multi-Skilled Team Member
Role Overview:
We’re seeking adaptable team players to deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple roles including:
Box Office/Catering Sales, Cinema Operations, Food Service, and General Theatre Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly service at concession stands, ticket counters, and food preparation areas
- Stay informed about all products, promotions, and movie details to enhance guest recommendations
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure compliance with age restriction signage
- Prepare food items (popcorn, beverages, etc.) following quality guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized – including kitchens, counters, and storage spaces
- Follow safety protocols and uniform standards at all times
- Complete required health/safety reports and equipment checks
- Support team members with shift preparation and operational tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Matric)
- 0-1 years experience (training provided)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, VISTA knowledge is a plus)
